Some file formats use sexagesimal angles (also called DMS notation), typically for geographic coordinates.
Do you think we should support this with a small container holding sign, degree, arcminutes and arcseconds or do we consider it is evil as it is non-SI? We already support hours, minutes and seconds for time, so it is customary.
