Hi folks,

having found and fixed a bug in the parameter Jacobian propagation following this discussion, I’m willing to have a release as early as next week, as I deem it to be a rather problematic issue due to its effects on derivative-based estimators.

I’ve also fixed a few other things. You can check out the Gitlab milestone.

The release should also include a performance improvement discussed here with @afvy.

I’m getting a warning about the javadoc due to the absence of online documentation for Hipparchus 4.0.2.
As it is a separate issue, I think I can still move forward with release. Right?
