Orekit 11.3.1 released

The Orekit team is pleased to announce the release of Orekit version 11.3.1.
This is a patch version, including bug fixes and documentation improvements.
The main changes are:

  • Fixed JavaDoc in IsotropicRadiationClassicalConvention class.
  • Fixed week number parsing in Rinex Navigation files.
  • Fixed discontinuity issues in Brouwer-Lyddane orbit propagator.
  • Improved documentation of StateCovariance class.

This version depends on Hipparchus 2.3

Thanks for the sneaky yet always welcomed release. Kudos to the contributors for this ultimate one in 2022 (and last before Orekit 12?).
