Recently, I read a paper named “OrbitZoo: Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning
Environment for Orbital Dynamics”. I would like to ask how to use this.

Unfortunately, the Orekit team is not behind “OrbitZoo” so I suggest you contact the authors of the article directly.
That being said, thank you for mentioning this paper, it does look very interesting.
And it contains a lot of references to Orekit
