Hipparchus version for Orekit develop branch

Hi all,

Since Hipparchus 3.1 has been released, shall we update the dependency in Orekit pom to 3.1 (currently we’re still on 3.1-SNAPSHOT)?

Ok, I’ll do it right away while merging !499. It’s ready to merge and “Hipparchus Dependent”.
