The Hipparchus team is pleased to announce the release of Hipparchus 1.8.
Version 1.8 is a maintenance release.
Highlights in the 1.8 release are:
- added sum and angle differences in SinCos and FieldSinCos
- fixed a serious bug in complex eigen decomposition when several eigenvalues are equal
- fixed LU-decomposition issue with signed zero complex numbers on diagonal
- removed spurious reduction of BigFraction in equality test
The maven artifacts are available in maven central. The sources and binaries can be retrieved from the project download page.
