Getter for third bodies' name

What do you think of adding gerBodyName in ThirdBodyAttraction (and possibly its DSST equivalent)?

I’ve created an MR for this.
I used the opportunity to reduce code duplication among single body based forces.
I didn’t need to touch DSST because it turns out that the third body model there even has a getter to the CelestialBody.
