Can we remove yandex, again?

I tried to access the Hipparchus site and it took about three minutes to load today. The offending call seems to be trying to load some CSS and javascript from yandex.st. This was originally fixed for the 2.0 release of Hipparchus, see [1], but seems to have crept back into the site again.

Could we host this files ourselves on hipparchus.org, or use a faster CDN?

I guess the culprit was commit a6fc9: Updated plugins and site generation.
In this commit, I removed the custom head.

I will see if I can put it back.

It should be fixed now (see issue 339).
