Hello everyone!

At the moment, I’m studying orekit in the part of EOPs, parsers in particular.

I guess, someone forgot to swap commentaries for POLE_OFFSETS_IAU_1980_FINAL_VALUES and POLE_OFFSETS_IAU_2000_RAPID_SERVICE for BulletinAFilesLoader.Section:

I guess, someone need to swap lines 255 - 262 with 271 - 281? Or am I wrong?

I guess you are right. Thank you for finding and reporting the Javadoc issue.
