In Orekit is it possible to perform attitude estimation with Bach/Kalman filter in the same way of the Orbit Determination ?

Sorry, no, it is not possible yet.
We intend to do that in the future (it was an ultimate goal for example with the new torque-free motion model), but it is still prospective.
