403 Forbidden for gitlab documentation

The situation is under control:

Gitlab forge migration on Monday February 12

Dear all, I’m planning to migrate the Gitlab forge next Monday (February 12). I hope to be finished within the day. The migration is not yet complete, as it involves some major version changes. I hope to be finished by this evening.
