I work as a systems engineer in a space company in Denmark. My background is in Physics, but right after uni I started working in the space sector, initially with space radiation simulations in electronics via monte carlo methods.
I needed to learn more in depth about orbital mechanics and space mission design and analysis by my own, and still feel I’m learning new stuff everyday.

My interest in OREKIT is due to my passion with Python and programming in general, and due to the fact that I don’t really agree in spending huge amounts of $$ with commercial sw, once there are great libraries such as OREKIT where we can virtually simulate anything.
