Question about covariance matrix

Using GPS data for orbit determination, what should the normal value of the diagonal elements of the covariance matrix be less than that? 0.1 or 0.01 or 0.001.Thanks.

I’m not an expert but I think that with a standard deviation of 10 meters you can get a covariance on the satellite position of the order of a few dozen meters.

Is your output covariance in Cartesian elements?
Could you show us the obtained covariance?
