Hi,
Now there is an updated version of the orekit python wrapperl including support for Python 3.7. Pre-built packages are available in at the conda-forge, install/update with
conda install -c conda-forge orekit
The updated version is based on the latest JCC 3.3 tool, that is besides v3.7 support fixing some bugs and increased stability on the wrapping part. The orekit part is based on orekit 9.2 release version.
