Missing field transform for LocalOrbitalFrame

Hello,

I stumbled upon an Orekit internal error because LocalProvider in LocalOrbitalFrame does not implement the field version of getTransform.

The reason seems to be that LocalProvider does not own the FieldPVCoordinatesProvider required to build a FieldTransform.

Is there any plan in supporting this in the future?

It it is missing, we should most probably adress this.

The LocalProvider is currently built by the constructor of LocalOrbitalFrame as

    public LocalOrbitalFrame(final Frame parent, final LOF lof,
                             final PVCoordinatesProvider provider,
                             final String name)
        throws IllegalArgumentException {
        super(parent, new LocalProvider(lof, provider, parent), name, false);
    }

so it does not receive a FieldPVCoordinatesProvider in input, and thus its getTransform(FieldAbsoluteDate<T> date) method cannot compute a FieldTransform.

How would you provide this FieldPVCoordinatesProvider? If we agree on this, I can open a MR to address it.

Maybe change the signature to accept an ExtendedPositionProvider instead of a PVCoordinatesProvider?
