IERS just published bulletinb-462.txt.
The header in this file shows that now these final data are consistent with ITRF-2020. The previous versions (up to bulletinb-461.txt) were consistent with ITRF-2014. As the finals and finals2000A files gather data from bulletin B, users that depend on these files are affected by this change too.
I have therefore updated the itrf-version.conf file we publish in the orekit-data project on the forge.
I noticed two date errors in this file, as the switch from ITRF-2008 to ITRF-2014 was set to 2018-03-01 for files starting with bulletinb- and it was set to 2017-03-01 for files starting with bulletinb. when in fact it occurred in 2017-04-02. I fixed this error too.
Currently, rapid data published in bulletin A files are still set to reference ITRF-2014. As I am not sure it is true anymore and as bulletin A do not tell which ITRF they refer to, I sent a message to USNO to be sure. I will update the file again if they tell me they switched.
Users are advised to update their itrf-version.conf file.
